Scott Beale is the founder and primary tentacle of Laughing Squid, an online resource for interesting art, culture and technology as well as an independently run web hosting company.

Scott currently lives in New York City with his wife Lori Dorn. He has strong ties to San Francisco where he started Laughing Squid in 1995 and where two Laughing Squid’s bloggers are located.
